1. 负责 AI Agent 应用的方案设计、开发、测试、上线及持续迭代，与产品和业务团队协作，将实际需求转化为可落地的技术方案。 2. 负责 Agent 核心能力开发，包括模型接入、任务编排、工具调用、上下文与记忆管理、状态管理及异常恢复。 3. 负责 Agent 与业务系统、数据及外部服务的集成，沉淀可复用的工具、组件和工作流。 4. 建设应用评测与运行监控能力，通过评测集、执行日志及用户反馈分析问题，持续优化任务成功率、响应质量、稳定性和调用成本。 5. 跟进大模型与 Agent 技术发展，开展技术选型和原型验证，将适用的新技术引入实际项目。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业优先。 2. 熟练掌握 Python、Java、TypeScript 等至少一门编程语言。 3. 熟悉大模型应用开发，理解 Prompt Engineering、Tool Calling、Agent Workflow、上下文管理等核心技术及模型能力边界。 4. 熟悉 LangGraph、LangChain、Dify 等框架或平台中的至少一种，具备代码开发和系统集成能力。 5. 重视代码质量、测试和效果评估，能够处理模型输出不确定、工具执行失败及服务异常等问题。 6. 具备良好的需求理解、沟通协作和自主学习能力，能够独立推动项目落地，并使用 AI 编程工具提升研发效率。 加分项 - 有 Agent 应用上线及持续维护经验。 - 有 RAG、MCP、多 Agent 协作或自动化工具开发经验。 - 有应用评测、链路追踪、性能优化、成本控制或安全治理经验。 - 有相关开源贡献、独立项目或高质量技术分享。
