1. 负责公司经营分析及 BI 数据产品体系的规划与建设，包含经营驾驶舱、管理报表等产品的迭代。 2. 深入销售、订单、商品、库存、供应链、财务等业务场景，将业务问题转化为高质的数据需求和分析方案。 3. 负责跨业务线经营指标体系建设，统一全局指标定义、统计口径、分析维度及指标流转关系。 4. 负责 BI 看板、动态报表及业务下钻路径设计，构建合理的分析维度，服务管理层与一线业务。 5. 梳理 ERP、OMS、WMS 等跨系统的数据关系及分析需求，推动跨系统数据在经营分析中的应用。 6. 高效协同业务方与数据研发团队，推动数据产品高质量落地，并持续优化产品采纳率。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年左右数据产品、BI产品或经营分析相关经验。 2. 熟悉销售、订单、商品、库存、供应链、财务中至少两个业务领域，具备进销存或财务数据相关经验。 3. 具备良好的指标体系建设能力，能够围绕业务痛点设计核心KPI、分析维度及拆解路径。 4. 具备基本的数据提取能力，熟练掌握 SQL，能独立进行日常数据分析与校对。 5. 熟练使用 Power BI、FineBI、Tableau、Quick BI、Superset 等主流 BI 工具中的至少一种。 6. 具备成熟的需求抽象与原型设计能力，能够独立完成需求分析、产品设计和项目推进。 7. 具备良好的业务理解、逻辑分析和跨部门沟通推动能力。 加分项 1. 有电商、跨境电商、消费电子或智能硬件行业经验。 2. 熟悉 ERP、OMS、WMS 等业务系统的数据表结构，对业务数据产生及流转过程有较好理解。 3. 有从0到1建设 BI、指标体系或经营驾驶舱相关模块经验。
