1、主导公司核心音视频框架开发及整体架构重构、核心模块迭代开发与性能专项优化，全面负责采集、编码、混音、渲染、推流等核心音视频链路的重构升级，完成项目阶段性目标与最终交付落地，保障重构后的软件适配性、完整性与稳定性； 2、负责项目的需求评审、技术架构设计、核心方案选型、难点技术攻坚等关键环节，结合开源OBS源码特性与业务场景，梳理原有架构痛点、性能瓶颈与兼容问题，建立标准化代码规范与研发规范； 3、针对音视频核心框架迭代项目特性，优化适配大型重构项目的研发流程与版本迭代机制，打通产品、测试、算法、业务上下游协作链路，解决跨部门协作卡点、需求迭代混乱、测试效率低等问题，持续提升团队重构开发、自测、联调、交付的整体研发效能，保障项目高效稳步推进；能，保障项目高效稳步推进；

1、重点本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先。 2、5年及以上c++开发经验，具备完整的大型PC软件架构重构、迭代优化项目经验；深刻理解音视频采集、编码、滤镜处理、实时推流、画面渲染全链路逻辑； 3、具备极强的责任心与项目抗压能力，面对大型架构重构的复杂难点敢于攻坚创新，对直播流媒体、智能影像、桌面音视频处理领域有浓厚兴趣； 4、逻辑思维缜密，具备优秀的架构设计、问题拆解与风险把控能力，规避重构项目风险，保障架构升级的稳定性、前瞻性与实用性。
