1，薪酬战略与体系搭建：主导公司薪酬体系（含产研、营销服、供应链、职能等序列）搭建及迭代，设计兼具内部公平性与外部竞争力的职级薪酬宽带，并结合智能硬件公司核心岗位的差异化激励需求，在公司整体薪酬政策要求下，支撑HRBP制定面向部门/人群的差异化薪酬解决方案; 2，主导公司薪酬激励的方案设计、开展及落地，包括调薪与年终奖、各类专项激励，通过专业的规划、测算与分配机制设计，以驱动关键业务增长为目标，最大化薪酬侧的激励效果，提升员工积极性与组织人效； 3，市场调研与竞争力优化：定期开展智能硬件，消费电子等行业薪酬调研，输出竞品对标分析报告，支撑年度调薪，定薪策略制定，提高薪酬绩效体系的竞争力； 4，人力成本管控与分析：参与公司人力成本预算编制，建立薪酬数据分析体系，及时发现人员效能问题和结构问题； 5，合规与流程优化：确保薪酬管理符合国内外劳动法规及行业规范，优化薪酬核算，社保公积金，个税筹划等流程，提升跨部门协作效率。

1、大学本科及以上学历，8年以上薪酬激励相关经验，有作为Owner或核心成员参与薪酬绩效体系（包括但不限于职级搭建、薪酬框架刷新、薪酬结构改革）从0到1搭建的成功经验或有1-N体系迭代优化经验，具备智能硬件、互联网或高科技企业背景，熟悉该行业的人才特点、业务模式和激励方式优先； 2、熟悉薪酬福利政策、社保公积金法规、考勤管理逻辑及绩效激励设计方法论，能主导完成薪资核算的提效； 3、较强的沟通表达能力,应变能力,人际敏感度、链接力、自我驱动性强; 4、数据敏感、逻辑清晰、学习能力强、善于自我激励。
