1.指导整机的EMC正向设计，参与产品研发各阶段的评审，包括整机结构堆叠、电机与摄像头模组EMC设计、硬件单板的原理图和版图评审、PCB设计评审等； 2.负责产品开发EMC测试和整改验证，评审相关件的相关认证需求，支撑整机产品的国内外EMC认证； 3.主导或参与产品建设合规方面的建设，跟进技术标准； 4.制定EMC相关的设计指导规范文档，编制测试用例，输出测试报告； 5.开展EMC技术培训，提升团队的技术能力。

1.5年以上EMC开发、整改和测试经验，本科及以上学历，通信、电子、自动化等相关专业，了解IPC摄像机产品的EMC和安规标准； 2.会看电路图，具备独立掌握高效分析定位EMC干扰源； 3.掌握EMC常用器件特性和EMC理论知识，具备电路、PCB、结构屏蔽等EMC设计基础； 4.有智能硬件类产品分析整改、屏蔽/吸波材料、EMC仿真等工作经验者优先； 5.具备强责任心，工作认真负责，主动沟通能力，有良好的团队合作精神，并能够承担一定的工作压力。
