1.本科及以上学历，具有2年以上研发团队HRBP相关工作经验，有手机、相机、无人机等影像行业经验的优先考虑； 2.了解组织诊断、干部管理、绩效考核、人才招聘、员工关系等人力资源相关工作，了解劳动法相关法律、法规; 3.具备良好的逻辑分析能力、组织沟通能力和团队精神; 4.责任心和原则性，以及解决复杂问题的能力。
