The posting

1. 基于 Jenkins、GitLab 搭建、维护 CI/CD 自动化流水线，支撑研发持续交付； 2. 负责数据仓库、关系型数据库、缓存、消息队列等各类中间件的部署、高可用维护、备份恢复、性能调优、故障应急处理； 3. 负责 Kubernetes (K8s) 容器集群日常运维，维护算法服务器算力调度平台，管理算力资源配额、任务调度，保障算法服务稳定运行； 4. 搭建完善监控告警体系（Prometheus/Grafana、日志组件等），主动发现系统隐患，定期集群巡检、容量规划； 5. 编写 Shell/Python 自动化运维脚本，输出部署手册、运维 SOP、变更方案、故障复盘文档，持续推动运维标准化与自动化； 6. 参与生产环境故障应急响应，协同开发、数据团队定位系统瓶颈，完成系统优化、安全加固、权限管控； 7. 管理开发、测试、生产多套环境，规范环境变更流程，保障数据平台、算法服务、BI 业务平稳上线运行； 8. 负责 BI 数据项目全周期运维支撑。

1. 大专及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业，3 年及以上 Linux 运维、DevOps 生产实战经验； 2. 熟练使用 Jenkins、GitLab，具备独立设计、落地 CI/CD 流水线经验； 3. 精通 Docker、K8s 容器技术，熟悉 Deployment、ConfigMap、Helm 等资源管理，有生产集群排障经验； 4. 熟练运维 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等数据库与中间件；了解数据仓库架构，有 BI 项目、数据平台运维经验优先； 5. 熟练编写 Shell 脚本，掌握 Python 基础运维开发，具备自动化运维落地思维； 6. 熟悉 TCP/IP 网络基础，能够独立排查服务器、网络、应用层各类疑难故障； 7. 具备良好风险意识，规范执行变更操作，较强沟通协调能力，能够配合项目节点完成上线保障。
