KOL/KOC影响力营销管理：搭建全球海内外KOL/KOC达人体系，建立达人分层分级合作机制与复盘体系；打造标杆案例、爆款种草内容，强化产品技术、影像优势与用户价值传播； 4. 品牌传播统筹：联动产品、销售、数字营销团队，主导全系智能影像硬件新品上市的品牌传播全流程，制定上市传播节奏、核心卖点、传播矩阵；统筹上市期媒体发声、达人测评、品牌事件营销、实现品牌声量与产品认知双提升。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上消费电子/智能硬件出海品牌PR、KOL营销、社媒运营等品牌传播全盘经验，熟悉影像硬件赛道者优先； 2、具备成熟的海外媒体、科技达人资源，可独立搭建品牌传播体系与达人合作体系； 3、精通新品上市品牌传播、舆情管理、内容策划，具备成功的爆款传播、品牌声量提升案例； 4、英文读写流利，可独立对接海外媒体与海外达人，适配全球化品牌传播工作； 5、具备极强的文案功底、策略思维、风险把控能力，逻辑清晰，擅长跨团队协同与项目统筹； 6、熟悉出海硬件品牌营销打法，有对标企业从业经验者优先。
