The posting

1. 配合项目测试负责人完成需求分析、测试用例编写、测试数据准备和测试执行。 2. 开展业务中台前后端功能测试、接口测试、集成测试及回归测试，验证核心业务流程和跨系统数据一致性。 3. 使用 SQL、接口工具和日志信息复现问题、协助定位，跟踪缺陷修复并完成回归验证。 4. 编写和维护接口自动化用例、测试数据构造及数据校验脚本，将高频回归场景沉淀为可复用的测试资产。 5. 参与 UAT 支持与上线验证，维护测试用例、缺陷记录和测试结果，及时反馈测试进度及质量风险。

1. 熟悉前后端系统测试，能够根据需求独立设计并执行模块级测试用例，覆盖正常、异常及边界场景。 2. 熟悉 SQL 和接口测试，能够完成数据查询、关联校验及常见接口问题排查。 3. 具备接口自动化测试能力，能够使用至少一种常见编程或脚本语言，编写和维护自动化用例、测试数据构造及数据校验脚本。 4. 具备清晰的缺陷描述、沟通协作和问题闭环能力，能够主动学习业务流程，识别并反馈测试风险。 优先条件 1. 有 ERP、OMS、WMS、业务中台、供应链或电商业务系统测试经验，熟悉订单、售后、库存或财务单据中的一种或多种业务链路者优先。 2. 有金蝶、旺店通、领星等系统集成测试经验，或参与过企业数字化项目的联调、UAT 及上线交付者优先。
