岗位概述 统筹美国、欧洲及亚太等区域的本地营销，结合区域市场、用户需求和销售重点，制定并推进营销计划。带领区域IMC团队，连接总部策略与本地执行，并亲自承担重点市场或区域项目，推动品牌及产品在当地的认知、需求和销售转化。 岗位职责 1. 制定区域营销计划：结合总部营销方向、区域业务目标和本地市场机会，统筹各区域年度及季度营销计划，明确重点产品、目标用户、活动节奏、预算需求及衡量指标。 2. 推进新品本地上市：承接中台上市策略，根据当地用户、语言、文化、渠道和媒体环境调整内容与执行方案，协调区域销售及相关团队完成上市准备和营销落地。 3. 推动销售与渠道协同：与区域销售、经销商及零售渠道识别业务机会，规划联合推广、产品体验、用户活动及渠道内容支持，明确导流承接、线索跟进和效果反馈机制。 4. 亲自负责重点市场或项目：承担指定重点市场或区域项目，从机会判断、方案制定到现场执行和复盘全程负责；结合当地行业、社群及使用场景，形成可推广的营销案例。 5. 建立本地资源与市场反馈机制：拓展和管理当地代理商、媒体、KOL、创作者及行业社群资源；与BD协同激活合作权益，持续向总部反馈用户需求、竞品动态、渠道意见及营销效果。 6. 统筹团队、执行与复盘：管理区域IMC团队，明确市场分工及兼任岗位的主责，在授权范围内管理营销预算和执行质量；比较各区域投入产出，提出市场优先级及资源配置建议。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，具备7年以上海外区域营销经验，有多市场统筹、团队管理或跨区域项目领导经验。 2. 有消费电子、智能硬件、影像设备或创作者工具相关经验，深度负责过至少一个海外市场，能够独立判断当地用户及营销机会。 3. 有总部策略本地化及区域营销计划制定经验，能够根据市场阶段、渠道结构和资源条件选择合适的营销动作。 4. 有与海外销售、经销商或零售渠道协作的实际经验，能够将营销活动与产品体验、有效流量、线索及销售转化连接起来。 5. 具备较强的执行和资源整合能力，能够独立管理当地代理商、合作伙伴及活动项目，并适应海外出差。 6. 英语可作为工作语言，能够独立进行商务沟通、方案讨论和项目汇报；具备数据分析能力，能根据结果调整营销计划。
