1、负责音、视频、无线类产品的测试开发工作，积极快速深入理解产品需求，挖掘并跟进实施性能、稳定性、可靠性等专项测试，保障和提升产品质量； 2、主导自动化测试体系架构：主导自动化测试方案设计，包括移动端（Android/iOS）、PC端（Windows/macOS）及接口层的自动化框架选型、核心模块开发与持续演进，打通CI/CD流水线，构建高复用、高稳定的自动化基座，持续提升研发交付效率； 3、自动化用例工程化管理：主导制定自动化用例的编写规范、分层策略（冒烟/回归/全量）、数据驱动与关键字驱动设计，推动用例资产的结构化与可维护性，确保自动化覆盖满足版本迭代节奏； 4、测试平台与工具链自主研发：基于业务痛点、产品需求、架构等分析，独立或带领团队开发设计测试开发相关用例、工具或测试平台扩展模块,助力实施性能、稳定性、可靠性等专项测试，保障和提升产品质量； 5、技术赋能与标准输出：沉淀侧开最佳实践、框架使用指南和常见问题排查手册，指导团队成员提升测脚本质量，主持化代码评审，推动团队测试开发能力能力整体升级； 6、AI技术赋能测试智能化：主导探索并落地AI技术在测试全流程中的应用，包括但不限于：（LLM）自动生成测试用例、测试脚本和断言逻辑，提升用例编写效率；基于图像识别（OpenCV/OCR）和控件特征学习的UI自动定位与自愈机制，减少脚本维护成本； 7、积极主动解决问题,推进产品质量自动化流程的建立/升级，良好的沟通协调能力，保障产品质量的意识。

1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上自动化测试开发经验，2年以上侧开owner经验。至少主导1个以上完整项目的自动化框架从0到1搭建或主导重构经历； 2、编程与工程化能力：精通Python，熟悉Java/Go/Swift等至少一门语言，具备良好的编码习惯和面向对象设计思维，能编写高可读、高复用的自动化代码； 3、测试平台开发经验：有使用Flask/Django或Vue/React搭建自动化测试平台的前后端开发能力，熟悉Jenkins/GitLab CI等持续集成工具； 4、深刻理解自动化平台、具备主流测试框架二次开发经验，具备APP及PC客户端自动化实战经验： 移动端：精通Appium、UIAutomator2、XCUITest，理解其底层通讯机制（如WebDriver协议、WDA），能处理混合应用及WebView切换、非标准控件识别等复杂场景； PC端：熟练使用WinAppDriver、PyWinAuto、AutoIt等，能处理桌面应用、多进程、文件对话框等交互； 接口层：熟悉Requests、Pytest等库，能设计轻量级接口自动化框架，并集成契约测试、Mock服务等； 5、AI基础与落地经验：了解机器学习/深度学习基本概念，熟悉至少一种AI应用框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch）或大模型API（如OpenAI GPT、通义千问、文心一言等），有实际调优或Prompt工程经验；有AI辅助测试工具（如智能化用例生成、失败聚类分析、智能重跑决策等）开发经验者优先； 6、团队影响力：具备技术决策力，能主导自动化技术选型争论并给出合理理由，乐于分享和指导，有内部培训或开源项目贡献者优先； 7、具有智能摄像头、安防摄像头、音视频产品的测试工具开发经验优先。
