1.牵头搭建公司战略研究与战略管理体系，制定战略分析方法论，统筹消费智能硬件、AI影像赛道海内外中长期战略研判，对标行业头部企业，持续跟踪行业政策、技术路线、市场格局与竞争态势，输出赛道顶层判断。 2.主导公司级战略专题研究，统筹市场、竞品、用户、技术多维度信息整合研判，识别新赛道机会、市场风险，定义新产品方向、海外市场拓展策略，输出支撑公司业务增长与核心竞争力建设的战略方案。 3.负责战略规划、业务机会评估、竞品对标体系建设，输出高质量战略研判报告与落地路线图；牵头战略解码，联动产品、市场、研发等核心业务团队，推动战略落地、跟踪战略执行复盘，及时迭代调整策略。 4.统筹重点战略专项项目，管理战略研究团队，搭建人才梯队，分配研究项目，把控研究质量；向业务负责人汇报战略洞察、业务机会与经营风险，完成上级交办的其他战略相关工作。

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上消费电子/智能硬件/AI影像行业战略、业务规划相关经验，有头部智能硬件企业战略项目经验优先。 2.熟悉云台、AI相机、智能影像硬件赛道，具备海内外市场布局、竞品对标、新业务机会研判实战经验，能独立搭建完整行业分析与战略评估框架。 3.具备顶层战略思考能力，擅长从市场、技术、用户多维度做定性+定量综合研判，可输出可落地的业务战略、产品及GTM策略，优秀的商业洞察与报告呈现能力。 4.具备团队管理能力，能带战略小组开展多项目并行；强跨部门协同、向上汇报能力，能够推动跨团队战略落地；英文流利，可独立调研海外市场与竞品信息。 5.对智能硬件前沿技术、全球消费市场趋势高度敏感，具备较强商业判断力、风险识别能力，自驱力强，结果导向。
