负责公司内部信息安全与数据防泄漏的日常运营，围绕研发资料、业务文档及其他敏感信息，开展安全工具管理、异常行为分析、专项审查和策略落地，推动风险发现、分析、处置与复盘闭环，兼顾信息保护与业务协作效率。 1、系统配置与上线：负责 XDLP、飞书文档安全等办公/终端安全工具的日常后台维护、策略配置与变更落地。 2、日志审计与例行巡检：日常审查安全日志，识别并分析异常行为；跟进离职人员、重点岗位的安全审查与风险闭环，定期输出运营报告。 3、业务需求承接：作为接口人对接各部门日常个性化安全配置与提权需求，在安全合规前提下做好协同支持。 4、策略优化建议（加分项）：基于日常运营踩坑与日志数据，提出策略优化建议并协助推进。

1、工作经验：1-3 年信息安全运营或 DLP 相关经验，有产研型/科技类公司背景优先。 2、工具实操：熟悉 DLP（如 XDLP）、办公套件（如飞书文档安全）等管控工具的后台配置与日志分析。 3、能力与素质： 保密第一：原则性极强、作风正派、口风严谨，具有高度的保密意识。 细致敏锐：对数据和日志具备良好的风险 Sense，执行力强，能跟进隐患闭环。
