1、7年及以上医疗设备、医疗耗材类大客户销售经验，行业资历深厚，持有稳定的医疗行业采购决策层人脉资源。 2、具备独立操盘百万至千万级医疗设备集采/招标大单的经验，拥有完整大型医疗项目落地实战案例。 3、拥有3年及以上成熟销售团队管理经验，可从零搭建完整业务小组，建立标准化拓客、投标、客户维护体系。 4、精通医疗大客户采购流程、供应商入库规则及招投标全流程，能够将OBSBOT全系列产品打包进医疗设备集采方案进行销售。 5、行业资源储备充足，目标感强，具备主动自主拓新能力，可承接高额业绩指标，抗压能力突出。
