岗位职责 1. 软件框架与体系搭建：主导全系云台、相机产品产线工站调研，负责QT上位机工站软件整体框架梳理、架构设计与统一标准制定，输出成套技术规范、版本管控准则，彻底解决工站软件碎片化、随意定制化问题，搭建公司级标准化量产软件平台体系。 2. 流程与权责拉通：梳理软件NPI试产到量产全流程，明确生产软件、公差软件、QA、功耗测试、硬件NPI、工厂产线的交付边界与准入规则，固化SOP，规范跨部门协作流程。 3. 量产质量治理：统筹产线工站软件各类异常问题，建立问题复盘、根因整改、迭代优化的闭环机制。 4. 专项统筹推进：统筹软件量产标准化各项专项工作，对齐公司量产目标，推动软件框架标准、量产流程、异常处理规范全面落地执行。 5. 工程能力沉淀：持续优化研发到软件量产工程负责人量产的软件交付链路，沉淀工站导入、版本交付、异常处理等标准化资产，持续提升公司软件量产工程化能力。

任职要求 1. 5年以上智能影像、云台等消费电子行业软件量产、工站软件工程、NPI全流程经验，完整经历产品试产到规模化量产过程，熟悉硬件量产风险与流程。 2. 精通QT上位机架构设计与框架梳理，熟悉产线烧录、校准、公差、功耗测试等工站软件运作逻辑，具备顶层架构规划、体系标准落地能力。 3. 具备体系搭建、流程梳理、权责划分经验，有小型技术团队统筹管理能力，擅长从顶层优化量产体系。 4. 跨部门沟通协调、落地推进能力强，对量产质量与流程风险高度敏感，可推动标准、流程落地产线。
