1. 负责公司数字化产品规划与设计，涵盖 ERP、BI 及 AI Agent等系统及应用，结合业务目标确定建设重点、需求优先级和建设范围。 2. 主导关键需求的业务调研与方案设计，梳理用户场景、业务流程、核心规则及异常情况，输出需求文档、流程设计和产品原型。 3. 统筹跨产品、跨系统需求，与业务、研发及实施团队明确功能边界、数据流转和业务口径，组织方案评审与业务验收。 4. 探索企业 AI Agent、业务助手及流程自动化的应用场景，通过原型和小范围验证判断可行性，设计产品方案及效果评估标准。 5. 指导其他产品经理开展需求分析与设计，协调跨领域方案，把关关键业务规则和产品方案质量。 6. 跟踪产品上线后的使用情况，推动业务应用和流程改进，根据实际效果持续调整产品规划与功能。

1. 具有企业数字化产品经验，主导过至少一个业务领域的产品规划与建设，并有上线后持续迭代的经历。 2. 熟悉销售、订单、商品、采购、库存、供应链、财务等至少两个业务领域，能讲清业务流程、核心规则及异常场景，并理解与其他领域的关联。 3. 具备扎实的需求分析与产品设计能力，能基于业务价值和投入成本判断优先级，将需求转化为清晰的产品方案和验收标准。 4. 具备跨产品、跨系统的设计能力，理解业务对象、数据流转和权限关系，能够与研发及实施团队明确系统边界和协作方式。 5. 理解大模型及 AI Agent 的能力边界，能够使用 AI 工具开展原型或小范围验证；有企业 AI 应用或流程自动化落地经验优先。 6. 具备产品统筹与专业指导能力，能够协调业务分歧、组织方案评审，帮助其他产品经理提升分析与设计质量。
