1、负责产测团队组建与能力建设：根据多项目并行需求搭建3–5人团队，明确单板/半成品/整机/老化分工，制定培训、授权与考核机制。 2、配合NPI、研发在公司内部搭建生产测试环境：规划产测工位、供电/网络/、治具/数据盒/接线图、烧录升级工具、上位机项目集、串口日志与MES联调；组织环境核验，确保环境可复现、可追溯。 3、管理团队执行产测，制定项目产测计划与工站配置，组织产测梳理会，对接整机PM、NPI、嵌软与工厂，把控节点门禁。 4、主导单板/半成品/整机/老化四大工站测试方案与标准用例建设，负责产测程序与治具验证，输出产测程序验证报告。 5、建设产测文档体系（各工站SOP、异常场景库、项目产测配置表、报告模板），推动跨项目复用与团队培训。

1、本科及以上，电子/自动化/计算机等相关专业，3年以上智能硬件产测经验，其中至少1–2年团队或项目产测负责人经验。 2、熟悉EVT/DVT/PVT/MP阶段产测目标，具备单板、半成品、整机、老化中至少三类工站的实操与方案设计经验；熟悉固件烧录、版本校验、产测标志位、上位机与串口日志分析。 3、熟悉Linux基本命令，能使用Python/Shell进行日志分析或测试脚本； 4、有从0到1组建产测团队或小组经验，能制定分工、培训与授权机制，带3–5人团队并行承接多项目产测。 5、有配合NPI/研发搭建内部产测环境经验，熟悉工位规划、治具/数据盒/接线、烧录工具、上位机、串口日志与MES联调。 6、具备工厂产线对接经验，能推动跨部门整改闭环；逻辑清晰、文档沉淀能力强。
