一、企业文化活动统筹与执行： 1、独立策划并落地节日、周年、团建、主题活动等多样化活动，营造积极、开放的组织氛围，协助打造积极、年轻、高效的团队氛围，提升员工幸福感； 2、承担文化活动类内部通知、宣传文案撰写，统筹文化VI系统建设(文化墙、导视等落地及更新)以及基础视觉内容制作(含海报设计、短视频剪辑等)。 二、员工福利体系运营与升级： 负责公司员工福利板块管理，定期调研员工需求，迭代优化福利方案，包含节日、生日、团建、下午茶、员工关怀等员工专项福利等。 三、日常行政基础事务 负责公司行政品类、公司文创周边类物品的采购工作;团建台账、活动经费及福利预算管理，包括物资选型、采购验收、供应商管理，确保合规、精细、成本可控；高效完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求 1、学历要求：大专及以上学历，人力资源、新媒体等相关专业优先； 2、经验要求：1-3年科技企业行政、企业文化、活动策划等相关工作经验优先； 3、综合素质：性格活泼外向，亲和力感染力强，创意丰富，具备优秀的待人接物能力； 4、专业能力：具备独立策划中大型活动与现场统筹执行能力，熟悉行政采购流程、成本控制、比价议价及供应商全周期管理。
