1、负责“寻影”专业级直播生态业务的全流程质量保障工作，确保产品交付质量； 2、参与需求文档、规格说明及技术设计文档评审，及时提出有价值的质量改进建议； 3、根据项目目标和风险评估测试优先级，制定测试计划并协调测试资源与工作安排； 4、全面识别、记录、跟踪和推动缺陷闭环，编写测试报告及相关技术文档； 5、对测试过程中发现的问题进行深入分析和准确定位，提出测试误差或质量风险的改进建议，并与开发团队协同制定缺陷解决方案； 6、负责缺陷修复后的回归测试，验证修复效果并保障相关功能稳定性； 7、结合产品测试情况，输出测试分析报告及项目质量文档，定期向上级汇报测试进展与质量风险。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，软件工程、计算机等相关专业优先，具备约3年测试相关工作经验； 2、熟悉软件测试基本流程，具备良好的质量意识，能够从用户体验、业务流程和产品稳定性角度发现问题； 3、具备较强的团队协作能力，能够与产品、研发、项目等多角色高效沟通，推动问题定位、解决与闭环； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、学习能力和问题分析能力，能够主动理解业务并提出合理的测试建议； 5、工作积极主动，认真负责，执行力强，能够在多任务场景下合理安排优先级并保障交付质量； 6、具备良好的沟通表达能力和文档撰写能力，能够清晰输出测试计划、缺陷记录、测试报告等相关文档； 7、有复杂业务系统、PC端软件、Web网页、移动端或智能硬件产品测试经验者优先。
