1. 负责智能相机项目整体测试规划，制定测试策略、整体测试方案与风险评估，定义测试准入准出标准与质量门禁，把控版本测试放行与卡点决策。 2. 全程参与需求、技术方案评审，提前识别项目质量风险，提前规避各类质量隐患。 3. 统筹测试资源与任务分配，跟进项目测试全进度，解决测试过程疑难问题，带领团队完成功能、性能、可靠性、兼容性等全维度测试。 4. 推动跨部门缺陷闭环整改，统筹质量复盘，输出版本质量报告、项目总结，沉淀测试规范、用例库及质量问题库，持续优化测试体系与产品质量。 5. 作为项目（测试侧）对外接口人，对接产品、研发、PM各角色，同步进度、推进问题解决，保障项目高效高质量交付。

1. 本科及以上学历，4年以上智能相机或同类产品测试经验，2年以上测试负责人/测试Owner带队统筹经验，完整主导过从研发到量产的全流程测试交付，带领测试团队不低于4人。 2. 熟悉智能相机整机架构、嵌入式固件、性能测试、可靠性测试、量产测试核心流程与标准。 3. 具备独立撰写整体测试方案、风险评估、质量复盘报告的能力，具备版本质量决策、风险预判与把控能力。 4. 熟练掌握相机核心测试项，如音视频、设备通信、云台控制等测试内容。 5. 熟悉Linux嵌入式系统，具备独立排查软硬件、算法联动疑难问题能力。
