1. 市场与用户洞察 深度开展行业趋势、竞品动态、用户需求及消费行为调研分析，输出精准的市场洞察报告，为品牌定位、产品营销及策略制定提供核心依据，把握智能终端行业营销风向。 2. 整合营销方案策划 围绕寻影品牌建设、新品上市、大促节点、品牌大事件等核心目标，整合PR公关、Social社交、数字媒体、创意内容、IP合作、明星代言、线下活动、电商零售、渠道营销等全维度资源，策划并输出完整的整合营销（IMC）方案，制定全周期营销节奏与执行计划，统筹产品全生命周期营销管理。 3. 营销项目落地执行 主导整合营销项目全流程落地，拉通品牌、产品、媒介、创意、渠道、销售等内部团队，联动外部合作方、媒体、KOL等资源，统筹物料制作、活动执行、传播投放、线下落地等全环节工作，把控项目进度、质量与预算，确保营销目标高效达成。 4. 营销效果复盘优化 建立营销数据监测体系，对营销活动的曝光、互动、转化、品牌声量等核心指标进行数据追踪与效果评估，输出复盘报告，总结经验并优化后续营销策略，持续提升营销效率与ROI。 5. 跨部门协同与资源整合 对接公司内部各业务模块，统筹协调内外部优质营销资源，搭建高效的协作流程，推动营销方案落地；维护核心媒体、合作方、达人资源，拓展营销合作渠道，助力品牌全域传播。

1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、新闻传播、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：5年及以上相关工作经验，有完整的高端智能产品上市、大型品牌营销Campaign操盘经验者优先。 3. 专业能力： - 精通整合营销全流程，对IMC、PR、Social、媒介投放、内容营销任一领域有深度实战经验，熟悉全渠道营销玩法； - 具备极强的策略策划能力、创意构思能力与项目统筹管理能力，能独立完成营销方案策划与落地； - 具备敏锐的市场洞察力与数据分析能力，擅长通过数据优化营销决策； - 熟练使用各类办公软件，掌握营销数据分析工具，有AI营销工具使用经验者优先。 4. 综合素质： - 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协作能力、抗压能力与问题解决能力，能高效推进多项目并行； - 热爱智能终端行业，关注科技行业营销趋势，对品牌有深度认同； - 工作积极主动，责任心强，具备团队合作精神与创新思维。
