1.平台开发与统筹运营：负责eBay 等非亚马逊跨境平台的整体运营及统筹，负责其他指定平台（如 eBay 及后续拓展渠道）的 0-1 开发，独立完成资质申请、店铺搭建、品类规划、物流方案设计及首批 Listing 上线； 2.运营执行与推广：负责各平台 Listing 优化、关键词布局、促销活动策划及广告投放，提升曝光与转化，定期输出分析报告并提出优化方案； 3. 流程标准化与赋能：梳理与标准化非亚马逊渠道的全链路标准化流程，含基础电商运营，促销与推广，备货与库存管理等。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，电子商务等相关专业； 2. 1年以上跨境电商运营经验，有 Walmart、eBay、Etsy、Noon 等至少 1-2 个非亚马逊平台的实操经验； 3. 具备电商平台 0-1 搭建经验，独立完成过店铺注册、类目申请及首批产品上架者优先； 4.有品牌跨境电商运营以及管理经验，或高客单价 3C/消费电子品类运营经验者优先。 5. 有较强的逻辑思维能力以及资源统筹能力，可独立推进项目以及解决问题； 6. 抗压能力强，适应快节奏业务环境，对多平台运营有热情与长期发展意愿。
