1、负责产品固件、APP等软件项目的全生命周期管理工作，包括从需求启动、开发、测试、验收到最终的上市，确保软件产品的高效率和高质量交付； 2、制定项目开发计划，量化任务、过程和结果目标，并合理协调分配相应的资源，在项目过程中及时推动解决过程中的问题； 3、有效识别和管控关键问题和风险，确保风险可控；对重大问题和风险及时上报； 4、规范和实施项目管理相关流程，定期总结、沉淀经验，并根据需求进行流程优化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上研发软件项目管理工作经验，工科相关专业或有技术背景优先； 2、具备APP类或嵌入式软件系统类项目(RTOS、Android、Linux等)成功项目管理经验； 3、精通软件项目过程管理，对瀑布式项目管理和敏捷式项目管理有实际应用经验及深刻理解； 4、做事积极主动，推动力强，结果导向意识强，具备良好的组织能力和沟通能力以及团队合作精神 5、具有较强的风险意识和应变能力，工作细心缜密，有较强的承压能力，有主动担当精神，能及时有效推动问题的闭环解决，并能主动迎接挑战； 6、具备PMP认证、ACP认证及相关机构项目经理资质认证者优先。
