1. 参与 NPI 试产到量产全流程梳理，厘清生产软件、公差软件、QA、功耗测试、硬件 NPI、产线各环节交付边界与准入标准，协助固化 SOP 文档，对齐跨部门工作权责。 2. 跟进产线工站软件量产相关异常，组织问题复盘，推动根因分析与整改落地，维护异常闭环机制，支撑量产质量管控。 3. 参与软件量产标准化专项落地，跟进软件框架标准、产线测试流程规范在工厂的落地执行，收集落地反馈。 4. 协同软件、硬件、QA、产线团队推进量产标准化体系建设；沉淀工站导入、版本交付、异常处理相关流程文档与测试资产。 5. 对接产线现场，识别量产测试流程风险，跟进流程优化落地；

1.3- 5 年及以上智能影像、云台类消费电子 NPI、产线测试工程经验，完整参与产品从试产到大货量产全流程，熟悉硬件量产风险。 2. 了解产线 QT 工站上位机基础业务逻辑，看懂工站测试流程；无需 QT 代码开发能力，熟悉烧录、校准、功耗、公差类产线测试项目。 3. 能够梳理测试相关流程、定义环节交付准则，具备专项落地执行经验，可配合多团队推进测试规范落地。 4. 良好跨部门沟通能力，较强项目执行推进意识，对量产质量、测试流程风险敏感，能够对接工厂，落地各项测试相关标准。
