1.推广策略制定：负责寻影品牌在抖音、小红书等社媒平台及其他广告投放资源的合作规划与执行，推动品牌内容曝光与种草转化； 2.达人媒介合作资源拓展：筛选并拓展优质广告/KOL资源，日常维护达人关系，进行有效沟通与合作谈判； 3.内容创作与优化：策划内容种草策略，结合平台特点与品牌调性，制定内容合作方向，并设计内容脚本框架（痛点场景+产品卖点+转化钩子），监控和评估各类媒体购买投放的规范和品质； 4.配合营销&赋能电商/转化：协同内部设计/电商/策划团队，配合完成达人种草物料准备与传播节奏管理； 5.投放优化：及时跟进投放素材的情况，进行投放效果数据的分析和反馈，并制定优化方案，提升和迭代投放效果，对投放数据负责。

1.本科及以上学历，3年同类型岗位经验及以上，掌握基础的资源筛选逻辑，熟练操作媒体筛选工具，储备有垂类KOL、MCN机构资源； 2.熟悉抖音、小红书、B站平台的机制规则，对平台玩法熟悉，对行业内容爆款内容能够挖掘和解读，有过成功的内容爆款经验优先；接触并了解SEO\GEO\热搜冲榜等业务；对内容敏感，能抓住市场热点，敏锐捕捉营销时机，结合公司当下策略和目标，输出与品牌调性相符的推广内容； 3.有品牌意识，审美良好和文案/策划基础，能够独立撰写Brief，对优质内容及达人有较强评估能力；有数码3C类品牌投放经验、项目案例的优先。 4.较出色的数据分析能力，能够对投放数据做整合并形成优化思路及方案； 5.有团队带领经验的优先。
