1. 2年以上海外软件产品运营经验，熟悉Discord、Reddit等海外社区社群，有面向海外市场的游戏/工具类产品运营经验最佳； 2. 具备以用户为中心的运营价值观，擅于站在用户和市场角度调研并阐明需求背景和优先级，推动需求高效落地； 3. 具备基础的数据分析思维，掌握数据分析的基本技巧，能从数据分析中发现运营机会及产品问题，提出优化建议； 4. 具备良好的多线程处理事务能力及跨部门沟通能力，在项目中能快速说明需求价值，调动资源部门进行支持。 5. 热爱游戏，PC游戏深度玩家。
