1、7年以上广电、融媒体、影视专业影像设备大客户销售经验，行业资历深厚，手握各大广电、头部影视机构核心决策资源。 2、独立操盘千万级广电、影视基地设备集采项目，高层攻坚、大型项目统筹能力极强。 3、具备3年及以上销售团队管理经验，可自主管理销售队伍。 4、熟悉广电采购流程与演播室项目搭建逻辑，精通专业摄像设备配套方案运作，商务谈判、项目风险管控能力优秀。 5、长期深耕影像硬件赛道，资源储备扎实，自主拓新意识强，能够承受较高强度业绩压力。
