1、负责 AI 相机 / 直播摄像头等产品嵌入式媒体软件设计、开发与维护，支撑拍照、录像、预览、直播推流等核心影像功能。 2、熟悉Camera Pipeline，负责搭建与优化Camera Pipeline，包括 Sensor 采集、音视频编码，视频流获取等。 3、负责音视频编解码开发与优化，基于 H.264/H.265 硬件编码，实现多路视频流并发输出、码率控制、画质优化，适配直播、会议等场景。 4、基于 Linux/RTOS 平台，进行媒体框架开发与性能调优，解决低延时、稳定性、内存 / 功耗优化问题，提升产品续航与发热表现。 5、负责直播推流、流媒体传输模块开发，适配 RTMP/RTSP 等协议，保障网络波动下的流畅传输与弱网优化。 6、协同算法、硬件、测试团队，完成AI 影像功能联调（如 AI 跟踪、智能取景、手势控制），解决量产中的媒体相关 BUG 与稳定性问题。

1、本科及以上学历，电子信息、计算机、通信、自动化等相关专业，3-5 年嵌入式媒体 / 音视频开发经验，有智能相机、直播摄像头、运动相机、IPC等产品量产经验优先。 2、精通C/C++，熟悉嵌入式 Linux/RTOS 开发，掌握 ARM 架构与底层驱动开发，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础。 3、深入理解Camera Pipeline，精通 V4L2、MIPI/CSI、ISP 等影像技术，熟悉 Sensor 适配与图像调优，有完整相机 Pipeline 搭建经验。 4、精通H.264/H.265编解码标准，熟悉 FFmpeg、GStreamer 等媒体框架，有硬件编解码开发、多路流并发、低延时优化经验。 5、熟悉RTMP/RTSP/WebRTC等流媒体协议，有直播推流、视频会议、流媒体传输开发与弱网优化经验。
