1. 负责首期数仓与 BI 平台的技术选型和搭建，完成组件部署配置、链路联调及基础运维。 2. 参与公司数据仓库建设，独立负责订单、履约、库存、费用等核心业务主题的数据建模与开发。 3. 负责数据接入、加工、调度及性能优化，按业务需求建设和维护批量或实时数据链路。 4. 与 BI 产品经理及业务方共同建设指标体系，明确指标口径，完成数据模型与 BI 分析数据集的开发。 5. 深入理解业务，梳理和抽象数据需求，设计数据方案并推动交付与验收。 6. 参与数据治理，完善数据质量、监控、文档与权限管理，提升数据的可靠性和易用性。

任职要求 1. 重点本科及以上学历，计算机、数学等相关专业，5 年以上数据开发或数仓经验。 2. 熟悉数仓平台架构及相关组件，有从0-1建设经验，能独立完成首期技术选型、组件部署配置、链路联调及基础运维。 3. 熟悉数仓建设方法与维度建模，独立负责过数仓项目或核心业务主题的设计、开发及上线维护。 4. 精通 SQL，熟悉 MySQL，熟练掌握 Python 或 Java 。 5. 具备批量与增量数据集成经验，熟悉 DataX、Flink CDC 等同步工具，熟悉 Spark 或 Flink 数据处理，以及 Doris、StarRocks、ClickHouse 中至少一种 OLAP 数据库。 6. 有 DataEase、Power BI、FineBI 等至少一种 BI 工具的实际交付经验，熟悉数据集建设、指标口径、数据质量及权限控制。 7. 能理解和抽象业务需求，与业务团队有效协作，推动需求澄清、方案落地及交付验收。 8. 熟练使用 AI 编程工具，能独立审查并验证生成的代码和 SQL。 加分项 - 有电商、ERP、OMS、WMS、供应链或财务数据项目经验。
