负责多模态大模型的核心算法研发与优化，包括但不限于视觉-语言预训练、多模态特征对齐、跨模态交互建模等，提升模型的理解与生成能力。 参与大模型训练、调优全流程，结合实际业务场景需求，优化模型性能、推理效率及效果，解决算法落地过程中的技术难点。 跟踪国内外大模型领域前沿技术动态（如预训练框架、多模态融合方法等），并将相关技术转化为实际研发方案，推动技术创新与迭代。 与研发团队紧密协作，完成算法方案设计、技术文档撰写、实验验证及成果沉淀，保障研发项目有序推进。 参与多模态数据的处理与优化，结合模型需求构建高质量数据集，提升模型训练效果。

硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、模式识别、统计学等相关专业，2027届 掌握机器学习、深度学习核心理论，熟悉Transformer、CNN等主流模型架构，对VLA（视觉语言对齐）、VLM（视觉语言模型）有深入理解或相关研究经历者优先。 具备扎实的编程基础，熟练使用Python，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，能独立完成算法实现、模型训练与调试。 了解多模态数据处理流程，熟悉图像、文本等数据的预处理方法，有相关数据标注、数据集构建经验者优先。 具备良好的数学基础，掌握线性代数、概率论、微积分等核心知识，能运用数学工具解决算法研发中的问题。 对大模型、多模态领域有强烈的兴趣和探索欲，具备良好的问题分析能力、逻辑思维能力及团队协作能力。 有相关领域竞赛获奖、学术论文发表、科研项目或实习经历（涉及大模型、VLA/VLM相关）者优先。
