岗位吸引点：直接+1为CEO，有机会0-1定义全新品类，公司发展势头好，行业前景大，研发资源充足。 岗位职责： 1、负责公司智能影像硬件的整机产品规划及定义、输出完整的产品方案，明确产品核心功能、整机参数、差异化卖点与迭代节奏。 2、统筹管理全产品生命周期，把控项目进度、整机质量、成本与交付节点，保障产品顺利落地； 3、深度联动设计、研发、测试等资源，统筹整机硬件与软件功能，解决整机适配、功能联动、场景适配等各类软硬件耦合问题，打磨整机最终用户体验； 4、结合用户反馈及产品体验等，提出产品迭代优化方案，提升用户体验与市场竞争力； 5、管理相应产品团队，为整条产品线交付负责。

岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，理工科（如自动化、计算机、控制工程、电子信息等相关专业）优先考虑； 2、5年以上消费电子、数码3C整机硬件产品经理经验，有影像类产品工作经验优先； 3、主导过硬件产品的调研、立项、研发以及量产过程； 4、有较好的用户体验敏感度和数据敏感度； 5、有较好的全局观和系统思维，有出色的协调和团队合作能力，能够把握产品整体规划与发布节奏； 6、积极主动，执行力、推动力强，能够承担工作压力。
