岗位概述 负责OBSBOT海外新品上市整合营销、整合传播及重大营销项目，带领品牌IMC和渠道IMC团队，将产品价值转化为面向目标用户的营销策略和落地方案。兼任品牌传播统筹，承接品牌战略组确定的品牌定位与叙事，推动跨区域传播及项目交付。 岗位职责： 1. 担任重大项目Owner：牵头新品发布、全球Campaign、重点展会等项目，统筹目标、方案、分工、时间表及交付标准，协调产品、销售、区域、PR、内容、数字营销及外部代理商推进执行。 2. 统筹品牌传播：承接品牌战略，策划海外品牌Campaign和传播项目，确保产品发布、展会、合作项目及各区域传播信息一致，并用真实场景和用户案例支撑品牌主张。 3. 通用素材与渠道营销工具：组织产出上市工具包、核心内容、演示方案及渠道营销标准，支持区域本地化；牵头重点渠道联合营销项目，与销售及区域明确各方任务和交付。 4. 管理项目预算与效果：在授权范围内管理项目预算、供应商及执行质量，建立效果追踪和复盘机制，评估目标用户触达、产品认知、有效流量、线索及销售贡献，提出后续资源投入建议。 5. 带领团队并完善协作机制：明确组内职责和项目Owner，培养团队策略及项目管理能力，建立中台与区域、BD及其他职能的协作流程，沉淀可复用的方法、模板和案例。

1. 本科及以上学历，具备7年以上海外营销经验，有团队管理或跨职能项目领导经验，有众筹项目经验。 2. 有消费电子、智能硬件、影像设备或创作者工具相关经验；能够理解专业用户需求，将产品技术转化为清晰的用户价值和购买理由。 3. 独立主导过海外新品上市或大型整合营销项目，具备从市场洞察、策略制定到执行和复盘的完整经验。 4. 熟悉海外PR、KOL、内容、数字营销、展会及渠道营销的协同方式，能够围绕目标安排各渠道的任务和投入。 5. 具备较强的项目推进、预算管理及供应商管理能力，能在资源有限、需求变化的情况下明确优先级并推动交付。 6. 英语可作为工作语言，能独立撰写英文Brief、主持会议并与海外团队及合作伙伴沟通。

*加分项： 熟悉直播、广播制作、PTZ摄像机；有美国或欧洲市场经验。
