1. 主导北美站亚马逊业务的全盘运营规划，制定年度/季度/月度销售目标及落地路径，对站点市占率、GMV及ROI负责。 2. 搭建并持续优化小组运营体系，涵盖Listing标准化、价格策略机制、促销活动矩阵（Deal/LD/Prime Day/黑五网一等）及库存周转模型。 3. 具备0-1爆款经验，主导核心ASIN生命周期管理，基于市场数据与竞品动态制定产品定位、推广节奏及排名提升方案，驱动爆款打造与品类份额增长。 4. 具备强数据化运营分析能力，定期输出销售复盘、竞品监控及市场趋势洞察，以经营数据驱动运营策略迭代与资源调配决策。 5. 协同广告组制定站内广告投放策略，提升广告ROI与精准流量获取效率，并对广告预算进行动态分配与提升流量质量。 6. 监控亚马逊平台政策更新及北美市场合规动态，建立账号风控与危机响应机制，确保账号安全及合规运营。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上年亚马逊北美站精品运营经验，2年以上团队管理经验，有消费电子/3C/影像设备类目操盘经验优先。 2. 精通亚马逊平台规则、A9/A10算法逻辑、FBA物流体系及白帽运营打法，熟悉北美市场合规要求。 3. 具备较强的数据分析与逻辑思维能力，熟练使用Excel以及AI工具，能基于经营数据独立制定并调整运营策略。 4. 具备市场敏锐度与策略思维，能独立分析销量波动根因、研判类目竞争格局并输出中长期品类推广规划。 5. 英语CET-6以上，英语可作为工作语言。 6. 目标导向，自驱力强，具备优秀的跨部门协同能力与抗压能力。
