1、主导产品硬件技术路线的规划与选型，带领团队完成产品设计方案、原理图、器件选型、PCB Layout等关键活动的评审与把关，确保设计质量； 2、统筹产品从概念（预研）到量产的完整硬件开发过程，组织解决研发、试产、认证及量产过程中的重大技术难题（如信号完整性、电源完整性、EMC、射频干扰等） 3、与产品、软件、结构、供应链、生产等部门紧密协作，对齐硬件需求与项目整体目标，推动软硬件联调、结构堆叠、物料选型与备料等环节顺畅落地； 4、负责硬件团队的建设、日常管理与人才培养，制定团队技术能力提升计划，激发团队潜能，打造高绩效高质量团队确保项目目标实现； 5、建立并优化硬件开发流程、设计规范、评审机制及文档标准，提升团队整体交付质量与效率。

1、本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化等相关专业，5年以上消费类智能硬件整机硬件设计经验，且具备至少2年以上硬件团队管理或技术leadership角色经验。 2、拥有从0到1的完整项目负责人经历，涵盖概念定义、架构设计、工程验证、试产到量产全流程。 3、具备深厚的数字电路与模拟电路功底，精通嵌入式ARM系统、MCU外围电路设计及常见总线接口（如I2C、SPI、USB、MIPI等）。 4、精通SI、PI、EMC/EMI知识，具备丰富的认证整改与系统级EMC调试经验，能主导复杂干扰问题定位；熟悉射频电路基础（如Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、GPS等）及低功耗产品开发流程者优先； 5、具备优秀的团队管理能力，擅长目标拆解、流程优化与人才培养，能带领团队高效完成业务目标； 6、跨部门协同意识强，沟通表达清晰，能快速对齐需求、协调资源，推动跨领域问题解决； 7、具备强烈的责任心、抗压能力与创新意识，对消费电子、智能影像行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意接受业务挑战； 8、逻辑思维缜密，具备良好的问题分析与决策能力，能在复杂场景下平衡技术选型与业务价值。
