The posting

1. 负责机器人运动控制算法的从0到1架构设计，开发与落地，包括但不限于状态估计、步态规划与动态平衡控制及轮式滚动控制。 2. 构建基于MPC（模型预测控制）和WBC（全身控制）的底层控制框架，并在物理样机上进行实机部署与调试。 3. 负责机器人全生命周期状态机（FSM）的设计，处理复杂地形适应、跌倒恢复、突发扰动等鲁棒性控制问题。 4. 研究并探索强化学习（RL）在机器人运动控制中的应用，负责仿真环境搭建及Sim2Real迁移。 5. 与机械、硬件工程师协作，完成控制系统的软硬件联调及性能优化。

1. 硬性门槛：硕士及以上学历，博士优先。控制工程、机器人学、计算机等相关专业，3年以上机器人运动控制开发经验。 2. 理论深度： - 精通多体动力学（如拉格朗日法、RNEA算法），熟悉MPC、WBC等理论，有实际落地的工程经验。 - 熟悉状态估计算法（如扩展卡尔曼滤波EKF、因子图优化），理解多传感器（IMU、关节编码器、足端力）融合。 - 熟悉强化学习框架，了解Sim2Real迁移过程者优先。 3. 工程能力： - 精通C++，熟悉Linux开发环境，有ROS/ROS2项目实战经验。 - 了解实时系统或有高性能计算优化经验者加分。 4. 综合素质：具备强烈的工程落地意识，能够接受在实验场地反复测试、迭代的枯燥过程。
