1、负责寻影大师产品线的软件质量保障工作，制定版本测试策略、测试计划和准入准出标准，对版本质量结果负责； 2、深度参与需求评审，完成需求拆解、风险识别、测试范围分析及资源评估；跟进测试执行、缺陷收敛和上线验证，能够独立判断发布风险并推动解决； 3、作为业务测试 Owner，统筹多项目、多版本并行情况下的测试安排，协调产品、研发及相关测试资源，保障版本按质量目标交付； 4、负责 Windows /Mac 客户端核心场景的测试与质量分析，包括安装、升级、兼容性、性能、稳定性、网络异常及外设适配等； 5、负责复杂问题及线上问题的分析定位，推动研发完成根因分析、修复验证和复盘改进，降低同类问题重复发生率； 6、建设并持续维护核心回归测试资产，推动测试用例、专项测试、自动化测试及质量度量体系落地，提升测试效率和风险发现能力； 7、负责初中级测试人员、外包及实习生的任务拆解、过程指导和交付验收，推动形成标准化、可复制的测试执行流程。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信等相关专业优先； 2、5 年及以上软件测试经验，具备复杂客户端产品或音视频业务的测试 Owner 经验；能够独立完成需求分析、测试策略制定、项目推进及上线风险判断； 3、具备扎实的测试基本功和较强的质量风险意识，能够深入参与测试执行，并具备日志分析、问题定位和复杂缺陷推动能力； 4、熟悉 Windows/Mac客户端测试，掌握安装卸载、版本升级、系统兼容性、性能稳定性、弱网异常及外设适配等测试方法； 5、具备多项目并行管理和跨团队推动能力，能够合理拆解任务、识别关键路径并及时推动风险闭环； 6、具备良好的沟通表达、总结复盘和文档沉淀能力，能够推动质量问题形成机制性改进； 7、具备带教或小团队协作管理经验，能够指导初中级测试人员稳定完成交付。 加分项 1、有实时音视频、直播推拉流、音视频采集、编解码、音质或画质评估相关测试经验； 2、有摄像头、麦克风、采集卡、声卡等外设或软硬件联动测试经验； 3、有客户端自动化、接口自动化、性能测试或质量数据体系建设经验； 4、有线上问题治理、复杂故障定位或大型版本质量 Owner 经验。
