1、传播项目统筹 项目任务拆解：参与内容策略共创，将年度/季度传播规划拆解为可执行的项目单元；明确各项目交付物清单（KV、TVC、Social海报、推文、H5等），制定兼顾时效与产能的分级排期表。 流程机制建设：搭建内部“需求接入-排期评估-执行跟进-验收归档”的标准化SOP，持监控关键节点（创意评审、demo初稿、终稿定稿、交付上线），确保协作路径畅通减少无效沟通损耗。 2、内容交付管理 精准Brief下达：将业务侧的传播目标、核心信息、调性偏好，转化为内部团队/外部供应商能秒懂的创意工作单，包含明确的背景、受众、核心话术、交付标准及参考物等。 内容质量把控：深度参与内部创意过程、包括wording讨论、设计初稿评审及成片审核等环节。负责对交付物进行质量把关（核查信息准确性、调性一致性、平台适配性），减少返工次数。 3、部门协作支持 传播项目复盘：汇总运营侧和媒介侧的所有内容数据（消耗、CPM、CPE、ROI等），按要求整理为规范的结案文档，组织内部复盘会，总结爆款内容的方法论与失败教训。 持续学习迭代：整理项目所有产出物作为内部品牌资产持续沉淀，定期分享行业内优秀内容案例，辅助提升in-house团队的整体审美与执行效率。

1、教育背景与经验 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、传播学、新闻学、新媒体等相关专业优先。 具有1-3年新媒体内容运营相关工作经验；有科技数码品牌方内容营销经验者优先。 2、专业能力 平台熟悉度：深度了解核心社媒平台的内容调性、用户习惯、运营规则及内容规范等。 内容质量把控：具备高级的内容及视觉审美，能做品牌建设，也能追热点爆款。 3、软性素质 责任心与时间观念：视“按时交付”为第一优先级，主动跟进、催办、确认。 多线程处理能力：能够同时跟进3-5个并行项目的执行线，在需求密集期保持条理清晰、不遗漏关键节点。
