1. 本科及以上学历，机械、机器人、自动化等相关专业，具备扎实的学科技术理论基础。 2. 具备整机结构设计经验和扎实的结构设计相关知识，熟悉结构设计规范、材料选型、工艺落地等核心内容，拥有较强的技术问题排查、深度分析与落地解决能力。 3. 熟悉产品从需求拆解、方案设计到量产落地的全生命周期研发流程，了解ID、硬件、软件、质量、测试等各专业领域的基础概念与工作流程，具备跨领域协同基础。 4. 拥有严谨缜密的技术思维，工作细致负责，具备良好的抗压能力、责任意识和优秀的团队合作精神，能够高效配合跨部门团队完成技术攻坚与项目推进工作。 5. 具备极强的逻辑思维、自主学习能力和技术创新能力； 6. 大学期间参加过机械、自动化、机器人、创新创业等相关学科竞赛者优先。
