1、达人资源开拓：负责东南亚（泰国、越南、马来西亚、印尼、菲律宾等）TikTok/IG/YouTube垂类KOL、KOC及本土MCN挖掘、筛选与建联，搭建优质达人资源池，持续扩充有效合作资源。 2、商务谈判与合作落地：独立完成达人合作洽谈，对接佣金、坑位费、排期、样品、直播/短视频合作权益，敲定合作方案，推进合同签约与全流程履约。 3、内容项目管控：根据产品及营销需求输出内容brief，审核达人短视频、直播脚本与成片，把控内容质量、合规性与品牌调性，跟进样品寄送、内容发布、直播开播全流程，解决合作异常问题。 4、数据复盘与策略优化：实时监控达人内容播放、互动、转化、GMV、ROI等核心数据，定期输出复盘报告，优化达人筛选标准、合作模式与内容方向，提升整体带货投产。 5、达人关系维护：维护长期稳定的达人、MCN合作关系，跟进东南亚本地平台热点、流行趋势与竞品打法，挖掘新型内容玩法与合作机会，打造稳定达人合作矩阵。 6、营销活动落地：配合店铺大促、新品上市等营销节点，策划并执行达人种草、短视频矩阵、达人专场直播等整合营销项目，助力店铺销量与品牌曝光提升。

1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上东南亚TikTok跨境KOL/达人BD相关工作经验，熟悉海外达人带货流程，有3C垂类经验优先。 2、熟悉东南亚各国市场差异、用户偏好及TikTok Shop平台规则，能精准判断达人账号质量、流量真实性与带货转化能力。 3、具备良好的商务谈判、沟通协调与多任务处理能力，目标导向强，能承受业绩压力，高效推进项目落地。 4、语言能力：英语可熟练沟通读写；掌握马来语优先。 5、具备基础数据分析能力，可通过数据复盘优化合作策略，有成熟达人资源库、本土MCN资源者优先录用。 6、网感好，熟悉海外短视频、直播内容玩法，对海外营销热点敏感，做事细致负责、执行力强。
