1、负责公司多端产品的界面设计、功能迭代及体验优化，能够深入理解用户需求和业务目标，独立输出完整、高质量的设计方案； 2、负责重点项目及复杂功能的体验设计，从需求分析、信息架构、交互流程到视觉设计、设计交付及上线跟进，持续推动产品体验与设计品质提升； 3、参与并推动团队设计规范、组件库及设计资产体系建设，沉淀可复用的设计能力，提升跨产品、跨终端体验一致性及设计效率； 4、与产品、研发等团队深度协作，参与需求定义与方案评审，能够识别体验问题并主动推动设计方案落地，对最终设计质量负责； 5、持续关注智能硬件、消费电子及 AI 产品的发展趋势，探索新的交互方式与设计方法，并积极将 AI 工具融入实际设计工作，提升设计效率与创新能力。

1、本科及以上学历，设计相关专业优先，5年以上 UI/UX、产品设计或相关工作经验； 2、具备扎实的视觉设计能力和较成熟的审美判断，对信息层级、排版、色彩、图形及设计细节有较高要求； 3、具备较强的产品思维和交互设计能力，能够独立负责复杂产品或核心功能的体验设计，并形成清晰完整的设计逻辑； 4、熟练使用 Figma 等主流设计工具，具备组件库、设计规范或设计系统相关实践经验，对组件化设计及多端体验一致性有较深入理解； 5、具备良好的沟通、协作和推动能力，能够在复杂项目中协调多方需求，并推动设计方案高质量落地； 6、持续关注并熟练使用 AI 工具，能够将 AI 应用于需求分析、设计探索、原型验证、视觉生产或工作流程优化。 加分项 有消费电子、智能硬件、影像设备或创作者工具相关项目经验； 有设计系统或组件库从 0 到 1 建设及持续迭代经验； 有海外产品或国际化项目经验； 熟悉 Figma Variables、Auto Layout 等设计系统相关能力； 使用 ChatGPT、Cursor、Figma AI、Midjourney 等 AI 工具形成较成熟的设计工作流； 有复杂 PC 客户端、多端协同或软硬件结合产品设计经验。
