1.学历专业: 电子、计算机、通信、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2.编程能力:精通C/C++语言编程，掌握常用的数据结构和算法。 3.开发基础:熟练掌握嵌入式开发工具(如IDE、调试器、示波器等)，能独立完成代码编写、调试和测试。4.接口掌握:熟悉I2C、SPI、12S、UART等常用嵌入式接口协议及驱动开发。优先考虑: 5.无线技术:熟悉蓝牙(BT/BLE)协议栈架构，有实际的协议栈开发或深度定制经验者优先。 6.音频经验:具备音频产品开发经验，熟悉音频编解码、音效处理，或有USB Audio/A2DP等音频协议经验者优先 7.平台经验：有泰凌微，杰里，ESP32 工作经验优先。 8.无线扩展:有2.4G私有协议或其他无线通信(如WIFIAudio)开发经验者优先 9.个人素质:具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，工作认真踏实，有强烈的技术热情和学习能力。
