YOUR NEW ROLE

  • As a customer operations and servicing specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate interpretation of documents received and action them according to the process and procedures outlined.
  • Ensure work is dealt with efficiently and accurately in accordance with transaction documentation, policies and procedures in order to provide stakeholders/colleagues and customers with a cost efficient best practice
  • This role requires strong attention to detail, customer first attitude, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholder

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 2+ years experience in financial services/operational banking, preferably for large corporates
  • Account Maintenance
  • Signature verification
  • Document review
  • Document validation and deletion
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a fast paced environment
