Wat ga je doen?

Als Customer Service Employee ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en de logistieke operatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat vragen, orders en administratieve processen soepel verlopen.

Je houdt overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en signaleert afwijkingen. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten en collega's en zorgt samen met je team voor een optimale dienstverlening. Daarbij werk je voor een aantal vaste klanten, maar spring je ook bij waar nodig. Je rapporteert aan de Customer Service Manager.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Beantwoorden en afhandelen van vragen via telefoon en e-mail;
  • Beheren van de gezamenlijke werkzaamheden en mailbox;
  • Verwerken, controleren en beheren van orders (orderentry en ordermanagement);
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte opvolging;
  • Proactief signaleren van (toekomstige) knelpunten ten aanzien van bijvoorbeeld ordermanagement en forecasting en deze bespreekbaar maken met de klant;
  • Ondersteunen van de Customer Service Professional en collega's binnen het team.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een enthousiaste en klantgerichte collega die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet ook op drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren. Je denkt in oplossingen, houdt de voortgang van werkzaamheden goed in de gaten en vindt het belangrijk om samen met je collega's het beste resultaat te behalen.

  • Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau;
  • Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de logistiek;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk;
  • Uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en goede kennis van MS Office;
  • Affiniteit met ERP- en WMS-systemen;
  • Een flexibele, stressbestendige en collegiale werkhouding;
  • Een sterk gevoel voor eigenaarschap, klantgerichtheid en voortgangsbewaking;
  • 32 - 40 uur beschikbaar per week.
