Overview

Our client is a leading industry player, delivering premium services across the APAC region. With headquarters in Hong Kong and a 20-year track record of excellence, they are now seeking a talented Product Designer with strong UX reasoning and visual craft to join their innovative team and help shape the future of digital experiences.

You will take primary ownership of UI design delivery, driving assigned projects end-to-end from problem definition, user flows, and wireframes through to detailed design, prototyping, and implementation review.

What You Will Do

  • Clarify requirements, user needs, and constraints; explore alternatives; and independently develop flows, wireframes, and prototypes to resolve project uncertainties.
  • Own UI delivery across the website, app, and member portal, creating polished interfaces addressing responsive behavior, accessibility, permissions, interaction states, and edge cases.
  • Maintain and evolve components, variants, reusable patterns, and guidelines, collaborating with developers for consistent implementation across platforms.
  • Articulate design rationale, evaluate stakeholder feedback, and recommend practical solutions balancing usability, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Manage assigned work within agreed priorities and timelines, proactively communicating progress, dependencies, and decisions needed.
  • Apply research, operational feedback, and product metrics to guide design decisions, conduct lightweight validation, and evaluate success.
  • Provide clear specifications and interaction guidance, collaborating with developers during implementation to review and refine the delivered experience.
  • Identify practical applications of AI tools across UX writing, exploration, prototyping, and design checks while ensuring outputs align with standards.

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product/UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating web design expertise
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX reasoning, visual craft, clear personal contributions, and evidence-informed design decisions.
  • Excellent UX and visual design judgment with the ability to simplify complex requirements into coherent user flows.
  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping) and hands-on experience maintaining or evolving design systems. Proven capability to independently drive design from early exploration through validation, handoff, and QA.
  • Practical experience integrating AI-assisted tools into real design workflows.
  • Strong ownership and cross-functional communication skills.
