Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Workday Senior Consultants an Kundenprojekten und im laufenden AMS-Betrieb. Dabei bist du nicht „nur unterstützend“, sondern übernimmst konkrete fachliche Aufgaben. Konkret bedeutet das:

  • Mitarbeit im Workday AMS für Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und Unternehmensgrößen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung klar abgegrenzter Aufgaben im System, z. B.:Konfigurationen Anpassungen bestehender Prozesse Analyse von Fehlern und Auffälligkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen und Workarounds, wenn Prozesse nicht 1:1 abbildbar sind
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Einführung neuer Workday-Module (z. B. Time Tracking):Aufgaben in Design-, Testing-, Rollout- und Hypercare-Phasen
  • Unterstützung bei Workshops und Kundenterminen, gemeinsam mit dem Projektleiter
  • Mitarbeit an Integrationen (z. B. zu DATEV) sowie bei der Überwachung bestehender Schnittstellen
  • Erstellung und Anpassung von Reportings – von Standard-Reports bis hin zu komplexeren Auswertungen

Dein Profil

Fachlich

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Workday
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Workday-Modul (z. B. HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation)
  • Interesse daran, weitere Module und Themen kennenzulernen
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (Kundensprache) und solides Englisch

  • Gute Selbstorganisation und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig Aufgaben zu bearbeiten
  • Bereitschaft, remote-first zu arbeiten und Verantwortung für den eigenen Arbeitsalltag zu übernehmen
  • Problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise: erst selbst nachdenken und recherchieren, dann Rücksprache halten
  • Offenheit für neue Themen und Lernbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft, Fragen zu stellen, Feedback anzunehmen und Learnings im Team zu teil

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab ca. 30 Stunden): Die Rolle ist grundsätzlich als Vollzeitstelle gedacht, lässt sich aber auch gut in Teilzeit abbilden, wenn Verantwortung und Verfügbarkeit sauber abgestimmt sind.

Remote First als echtes Arbeitsmodell: Homeoffice oder Remote Work innerhalb Europas sind bei uns Standard. Zusammenarbeit funktioniert überwiegend digital – Präsenz ist kein täglicher Erwartungswert.

Persönliche Treffen mit dem gesamten Team: Etwa einmal pro Quartaltreffen wir uns alle in Hamburg, um gemeinsam zu arbeiten, Themen zu vertiefen und den persönlichen Austausch zu pflegen. Diese Termine sind fester Bestandteil unserer Zusammenarbeit.

Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Eigenverantwortung: Ob du um 8 oder um 10 Uhr startest, entscheidest du selbst. Wichtig ist, dass Kundentermine zuverlässig wahrgenommen werden und Absprachen im Team eingehalten werden.
