Bei uns ist viel los. Mal stapeln sich die Projekte, mal kommt eine Spezialanfrage rein, die wir intern nicht abdecken können. Dafür setzen wir seit vielen Jahren auf ein starkes Netzwerk aus Freelancer:innen. Und das bauen wir gerne weiter aus: Wir suchen Leute, die selbstständig arbeiten und mit uns rocken wollen. Vielleicht jemand wie dich. Du kennst Workday in der Tiefe, inklusive der Stellen, an denen sich der Tenant gerne mal querstellt. Was du bei uns machst

  • Du arbeitest mit uns an Workday-Projekten bei etablierten Kunden im Mittelstand und Konzernumfeld. Je nach Projekt geht es um neue Module undErweiterungen, Integration und Automatisierung, Reporting & Analytics oder laufenden Support.
  • Du machst, was den Kunden weiterbringt, eigenständig oder mit unserem Team an deiner Seite. Hauptsache, am Ende steht eine Lösung, die hält.

Dein Profil

Was du mitbringst

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung mit Workday, davon fundierte Expertise in mindestens zwei Modulen. Tief genug, um auch komplexe Anforderungen eigenständig zu lösenund dein Wissen an andere weiterzugeben.
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität. Du machst, statt zu moderieren.
  • Direkte, klare Kommunikation. Mit uns und mit unseren Kunden.
  • Eine Workday-Zertifizierung ist willkommen, aber Projekterfahrung schlägt jedes Zertifikat.

3. Match: Projekt oder Talent Pool Wenn gerade ein passendes Projekt offen ist: zweiter Call mit einem Project Manager und konkreten Vorschlägen. Wenn nicht, nehmen wir dich in unseren aktiven Talent Pool auf, mit einem realistischen Zeithorizont. Wir melden uns, sobald der Fit da ist, und nicht irgendwann.

4. Vertrag & Start Klare Konditionen, schnelle Vertragsklärung. Dazu gehört etwas Formales rund um Vertrag, Datenschutz und Compliance. Das halten wir so schlank wie möglich. Zum Auftakt ein kurzes Onboarding-Gespräch: alles Wichtige zu Cloud Rockstars, deinem Projekt und deinen Ansprechpartner:innen.
