Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest mit Workday-Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und Unternehmensgrößen – von Scale-ups bis hin zu Konzernen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt im AMS-Bereich, ergänzt durch Projektarbeit. Konkret bedeutet das:

  • Betreuung von Kunden im laufenden Workday-Betrieb (AMS), entweder vollständig oder als Unterstützung interner Kundenteams
  • Analyse und Lösung von Problemen im System – auch unter Zeitdruck, wenn es beim Kunden dringend wird
  • Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen, inklusive pragmatischer Workarounds, wenn Prozesse nicht 1:1 in Workday abbildbar sind
  • Einführung neuer Workday-Module (z. B. Time Tracking) inklusive Design Phase, Testing, Rollout und Hypercare
  • Projektleitung bei ausgewählten Themen: Steuerung des internen Teams und aktive inhaltliche Mitarbeit
  • Leitung von Workshops sowie Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Entscheidungen beim Kunden
  • Aufbau, Betreuung und Überwachung von Integrationen (z. B. zu DATEV)
  • Erstellung von Reportings – von Standard-Reports bis hin zu komplexeren, kundenspezifischen Auswertungen

Dein Profil

Diese Rolle erfordert sowohl fachliche Erfahrung als auch die richtige Arbeitsweise. Fachlich erwarten wir:

  • (Mehrjährige) praktische Erfahrung mit Workday
  • Erfahrung in mindestens zwei Workday-Modulen (z. B. HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation oder andere)
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (Kundensprache) und sicheres Englisch

Arbeitsweise & Haltung:

  • Sehr gute Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung – bei uns gibt es viel Freiheit, aber wenig Micromanagement
  • Bereitschaft, remote-first zu arbeiten (Büro in Hamburg ist vorhanden, aber nicht dauerhaft besetzt)
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsmentalität: erst selbst recherchieren (Community, Admin Guides), dann im Team abstimmen
  • Offenheit für neue Themen und Aufgaben, auch wenn sie noch nicht perfekt beherrscht werden
  • Lernbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, Fehler offen zu reflektieren und Learnings im Team zu teilen

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab ca. 30 Stunden): Die Rolle ist grundsätzlich als Vollzeitstelle gedacht, lässt sich aber auch gut in Teilzeit abbilden, wenn Verantwortung und Verfügbarkeit sauber abgestimmt sind.

Remote First als echtes Arbeitsmodell: Homeoffice oder Remote Work innerhalb Europas sind bei uns Standard. Zusammenarbeit funktioniert überwiegend digital – Präsenz ist kein täglicher Erwartungswert.

Persönliche Treffen mit dem gesamten Team: Etwa einmal pro Quartaltreffen wir uns alle in Hamburg, um gemeinsam zu arbeiten, Themen zu vertiefen und den persönlichen Austausch zu pflegen. Diese Termine sind fester Bestandteil unserer Zusammenarbeit.

Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Eigenverantwortung: Ob du um 8 oder um 10 Uhr startest, entscheidest du selbst. Wichtig ist, dass Kundentermine zuverlässig wahrgenommen werden und Absprachen im Team eingehalten werden.
