Die Nayax GmbH sucht zur Verstärkung ihres Teams ab sofort einen erfahrenen Buchhalter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Erstellen der Kreditorenrechnungen auf Basis unserer firmenspezifischen Vertriebssoftware

• Verantwortungsvolle, kommunikations- und rechtssichere Durchführung des Mahnwesens

• Kontrolle und Einleitung sämtlicher geeigneter Maßnahmen zum Abbau offener Forderungen

• Korrespondenz mit Handelspartnern, Inkasso-Dienstleistern und innerbetrieblichen Fachbereichen

• Erstellen und Verwalten von Purchase Orders

• Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen

Requirements

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word und Excel), fundierte Kenntnisse im NetSuite ERP-Programm wären wünschenswert

• Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Effizienz und Zahlenverständnis

• Team- und kundenorientierte Einstellung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

• Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprachniveau)

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
