Die Nayax GmbH sucht ab sofort einen Customer Care Representative in Vollzeit als Festeinstellung.

Wir suchen Kandidaten mit hoher Belastbarkeit, effizienter Arbeitsweise und mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Die Kundenzufriedenheit steht immer an oberster Stelle. Du wirst Teil unseres Customer Service Teams und berichtest an unsere Business Operations Managerin.

Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Als erste Anlaufstelle für eingehende Kundenanfragen repräsentierst Du das Unternehmen nach außen. Mit einem professionellen und seriösen Auftreten sorgst Du dafür, dass Kunden sich von Beginn an gut aufgehoben fühlen.
  • Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen aus Deutschland und Österreich – hauptsächlich per Telefon aber auch per E-Mail, selbstverständlich auf Deutsch.
  • Du legst Kundenaccounts und Verträge an und sorgst für eine saubere, strukturierte Datenpflege
  • Du begleitest den Onboarding-Prozess aktiv, behältst den Überblick und hältst sowohl Kunden als auch interne Teams proaktiv auf dem Laufenden.
  • Du bist verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in allen Fragen zu Abrechnung und Rechnungsstellung.

Requirements

Was bringst Du idealerweise mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word und Excel), fundierte Kenntnisse im NetSuite ERP-Programm wären wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Effizienz
  • Team- und kundenorientierte Einstellung
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprachniveau)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
