Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Chargé de mission QHSE.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Chargé de mission QHSE, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, dans le domaine de l'environnement.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

Missions SMI

● Réaliser une analyse d'écart et d'impact des nouvelles exigences révisées des normes ISO 9001, ISO 14001 version 2026 et MASE version 2024.

● Mettre à jour les documents clés du SMI (Manuel SMI, procédures, instructions opérationnelles et fiches de processus).

● Accompagner et sensibiliser les équipes QHSE et les opérationnels aux évolutions normatives.

● Aide à la préparation de la RD par la compilation des KPI.

● Suivi des formations internes et externes.

Missions Prévention:

● Mettre à jour les trames d'outils de prévention terrain : supports de causeries, fiches réflexes…

● Effectuer une revue complète du catalogue EPI en lien avec la direction prévention et la direction des Achats.

● Mettre à jour et diffuser le formulaire de demande d’EPI.

● Assurer la mise à disposition du catalogue auprès des responsables de plaques et des gestionnaires de site.

● Réaliser un état des lieux de conformité aux standards du groupe : matériel, locaux

● Élaborer un plan d'actions consolidé intégrant la priorisation des travaux ou mises aux normes nécessaires.

Le profil recherché

● Formation : Bac+5 QHSE, Master Spécialisé ou École d'Ingénieur avec spécialisation Qualité / Sécurité / Environnement.

● Expérience : 4 à 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire ou en cabinet de conseil QSE.

● Expertise normative : Maîtrise approfondie des référentiels ISO 9001, ISO 14001 et du manuel MASE.

● Connaissances techniques : Risques industriels, prévention et sécurité, EPI et habilitations.

● Savoir-être : Rigueur, autonomie, qualités rédactionnelles, esprit d'analyse et aisance relationnelle terrain.
